Privacy policy

1. Who is the data controller

The data controller is ejajti, Belgrade, Serbia. For any privacy questions, write to us at kontakt@ejajti.com.

2. What data we collect

Data you provide yourself through the “Request an offer” form:

• your name and email address (required),
• company name and a description of your needs (optional),
• your selections in the form: project type, industry, company size and timeline,
• the language you filled in the form in.

Technical usage data is collected only in anonymous, aggregated form, without cookies and without identifying visitors (see section 7). We do not collect special categories of personal data.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use form data solely to reply to your inquiry, arrange a conversation and prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box, and taking steps at your request before a possible contract.

We do not use the data for marketing, we do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties other than the processors listed in section 4, and only to the extent needed for the website and the form to work.

4. Who processes data on our behalf

We use trusted service providers (processors) to run the website and the form:

• Formspree — receives form messages and forwards them to our email; if sending fails, the form offers to let you send the inquiry yourself from your email app, directly to kontakt@ejajti.com,
• Vercel — website hosting,
• Plausible Analytics — cookieless, anonymous visit statistics hosted in the European Union,
• the email provider we use to reply to you.

Some of these providers may process data outside Serbia (for example in the EU or the US). In those cases the transfer relies on the safeguards required by law, such as standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep data

Inquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are kept for up to 12 months from the last communication and then deleted. If we start working together, we keep the data for the duration of the collaboration and as long as regulations require (for example, accounting rules). You can withdraw consent earlier — we then delete the data without delay unless the law requires longer retention.

6. Your rights

Under the law you have the right to:

• know whether we process your data and access it,
• have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed,
• have your data erased,
• restrict processing,
• receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (portability),
• object to processing,
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Send requests to kontakt@ejajti.com; we reply without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest. If you believe the processing is unlawful, you can lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of Serbia (www.poverenik.rs), or with the data protection authority in your country.

7. Cookies and local storage

The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics (Plausible) works without cookies and does not identify visitors.

We only store what the website needs to work in your browser:

• a flag that you dismissed the cookie notice (localStorage, key “ejajti_cookie_ack”),
• an unsent inquiry while the tab is open, so you don’t lose your input if you close the form dialog (sessionStorage — cleared when you close the tab or send the inquiry).

You can delete this data at any time in your browser settings.

8. Security

The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and inquiry data is accessible only to the people who reply to you. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from loss, misuse and unauthorized access.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we change the form-handling service. The date of the last change is always shown at the top of the page.
