01/Website
A marketing site for a passenger van company connecting Serbia with Croatia, Greece, North Macedonia, Slovenia and Bosnia. Every destination has its own search-optimized page, and every button opens WhatsApp or Viber with the message already written.
02/Web app
A shared reservation book for a van transport company running routes from Serbia to Greece, Croatia, Italy and the region. Owners enter the trips, and each driver team sees only its own. It lives on the phone, installs like an app and stays readable with no signal on the road.
03/Automation
A desktop app that reads attendance PDF reports and writes each employee's check-in and check-out into the right Excel sheet — creating a new monthly table from the existing template when needed. Daily manual copying comes down to picking two files.
04/Web app
A web app that replaces paper and four Excel files for a gym in Montenegro: members check in with a QR card at reception, and memberships, personal training, bar sales and stock, shift reports and the owner's finance view all live in one system. Every correction and voided payment stays on record, and only the owner can change a closed shift.
